Stopped here for lunch… I must say the food was better than I expected. I ordered the pork chop lunch plate with casserole and butter beans. Pork chop was well seasoned and not fried too hard. I should definitely eat their again when I’m in the area.

Wonderful gem of Brookhaven. This was my first time in Brookhaven and I’m so glad I stopped in. I had the Asparagus and Arugula salad plus the Mac and Cheese. The salad was fantastic! Fresh grated parmesan and a citrus dressing, so good! The mac and cheese was very creamy and mixed well with some Crystal hot sauce.

This place was recommended by my hotel and it did not disappoint! I ate here for lunch two days in a row. They have lots of great comfort food: greens, mac&cheese, fried green tomatoes, grilled chicken, etc. I enjoyed everything I ordered. The only downside was that cokes are sold by the can, which means no refills, and you know you are paying a premium (since you can buy identical cans at the store for 1/5th the price)
