Please make a reservation to ensure you have a proper two hour time limit. We came at 5pm without a reservation and they told us we need to finish by 6pm so that they could get ready for the party at 6:15pm. At 5:45pm, they made sure to tell us last call for any orders.

Fantastic food, the Chicken Rice Bowl was amazing. The chicken thigh skewer was also really tender and juicy. The only downside is there is a really long wait for the food, and it is usually at least 1hr+ if you don’t have a reservation. A lot of the seats are empty and they stayed empty an hour later when we got our seat so I wonder why they didn’t just seat some people there. Parking here is tricky, there’s usually not a lot of spots.

Worst experience ever. The waitress Kay (sounds like K) at the front desk was extremely rude. We just checked the waitlist a couple of times while we were waiting (we’ve been waiting for more than an hour), and right before the table was ready, this lady came out to argue with us and kept talking loudly that we disrespected her, which was not the truth. She was being rude and disrespected us. We told her that was not the way to treat customers, and she said yes it is. Super ridiculous. It seems like all negative reviews were talking about their poor services. If you want to keep your business long lasting, you should consider doing something on this.

The waiter was so rude!!! He first placed orders from another table down to ours, then quickly took it away saying “hold on” without much explanation. Then another portion of our food came, and I asked “we still have more to come, right?” because I can’t be sure if our dishes were written down correctly given the previous mistake. The waiter said “yes just be patient” and SMASHED down our dish to the table. What the hell??? The food was mediocre too. I’m not coming here again.
