Arrived at 5:00 pm young worker told me the close at 6 so I can not dine in. They were already putting stuff up as if it was closing in 15 mins. I’ve been to locations from Kenosha to Racine this is the only location that’s so skimpy when it comes to the sandwiches the steak sandwich was totally different from any other location, the Turkey sub only had 2 pieces of luncheon meat. Only thing I liked was the curds and fries! They lack employees and don’t take pride in the kitchen! Never again!

I have always had great service and the best subs at this location however the bread was very disappointing at my recent visit. What makes Cousins stand apart from other sub shops is their freshly baked Italian bread. Not sure if they just ran out of the fresh bread and had to purchase some from a rival sub shop but it wasn’t what I was hoping for. Hopefully it was just a one time issue as I love Cousins and this location in particular so don’t want to give up on what is usually a delicious meal.

This place is a joke. Have went in Multiple times and was told by the owner that he wasnt going to get to the register to take an order for 30 minutes because he’s going to be making subs. If you can’t handle a lunch rush, maybe hire a person for the register?

Like the food, but only two people seem to work here. 22 minutes from entering to being able to order, receive food. They are polite, diligent and hard working but they need more than two people working the register/grill/business during peak lunch hour.

Unfortunately this Cousins makes pretty darn good sandwiches and their soups are great as well as their french fries. The problem is their absolutely ridiculous hours! They close at 5:45pm. They should put a sign on the door that says go to Subway because we are stupid and close before dinner time. On Sundays they are open for 3 hours 11am-2pm.

2Pm on a Sunday. We walked in and saw a staff member stocking chips, didn’t get a hello. Walked up to a counter to be greeted by a not so happy man. I’m pretty sure the bathroom had hand sanitizer instead of soap lol but it did smell good, like cinnamon. There was a baby spider in the corner lol

To be honest the cheese steak was very full of hard gristle and the lettuce was so hard I thought it was raw cabbage or something. I’ve always loved your cheese steak but I told myself I wasn’t going to be coming back after this..I still have you three stars though because I have the feeling it’s more related to your suppliers than your store specifically.. BUT..I think you need to actually eat some of each shipment you get in order to be able to ensure that the quality is high.
