Our company just ordered lunch from this location and let me say that I’m impressed! We are a large agency that ordered 3 catering size orders of Bread and wings, 9 pizzas and 6 pops and 1 catering size salad. They provided plates, cutlery condiments and napkins appropriate to the size of our function. The delivery was fast and the delivery driver was helpful and nice. The food was hot, fresh and precise. They didn’t skimp on anything including great customer service. The NEW manager Tony called us prior to delivery and let us know that he gave us a complimentary salad and then called again after to make sure that everything was correct. He is a class act… 5 star service!

Most of the time the food is fine, but this most recent time, when this lady made my food, the food was super burnt & the meat was discolored (turning green). I haven’t had Happys from this site in over 2 years because of the service. So today me and my family ordered food and the first dinner 1 half brush of barbecue sauce on the ribs , they forgot the shrimp , bread, onion rings were soggy..2 dinner rib tips half sauced no bread no Cole slaw burnt fries..3 no bread. They didn’t send no utensils, no hot sauce that was asked for or no ketchup that was asked for … horrible horrible horrible… never again!

No one greeted me when I came in the happy pizza. The place was not so clean it didn’t have a smell of pizza being cooked. It looked like they were doing stock . I do not usually write reviews, but I just HAD to share my most recent experience ordering from this restaurant. I had a very large school order. I ordered chicken, ribs, salad, pizzas, etc, and EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I needed my order early, so the owner came into work early to ensure that my order was prepared correctly, and that I had NO WAIT TIME. Although I picked up my order, a delivery option was offered to me. I was concerned that because it was such a large order the possibility of a mistake. However, everything was prepared as ordered, and the customer service was “A” one. I even received a follow up call from the owner to ensure that everything was satisfactory. Great food and great customer service, the perfect combination. NEW MANAGEMENT is definitely making a difference. I will be a repeat customer.
