The people here are rude especially the heavy set girl, hopefully they put a Popeyes next door sit somewhere close so they’ll be forced to close down makes no sense for people to be this miserable and rude, why even open a business if you want to be rude to people?

My son loves thus place and the manager (male) is really good with customers. My concern is that the cashier waited on me and fix my food with no gloves on. Then the cashier at window had none on either. I asked the lady at the window because I became very concerned, she replied with confidence that gloves were not apart of this establishment.

The food is really good and the facility is nice and clean and for the most part, everyone I’ve previously experienced was very nice. First time today, 10/7/22 approx. 2:30, the lady with glasses treated me like a number. She heard my concern about the extra charge for using my debit card and didn’t care to address it or show me the sign that explains it. No smile, no nothing. Just handed me my food and walked away. I went right back into the store and asked another lady about it and she and the younger girl, with the right attitude, explained it and made me feel more a like customer vs a number. To be new in business, that is one of the quickest ways to loose customers. She had very bad vibes. But I’m not going to let one bad apple spoil the bunch. But because of her, I am only giving a 3 star. Otherwise, it would have been 5.

Went in to order a family meal, requested it be cooked to order (fresh). Take out and my commute was 25 minutes. There were about 8-10 mixed pieces and the girl cashier said she wouldn’t cook fresh chicken until they sold all the chicken that was there. So I came to wingstop.

People brag about this place in Kaufman and Terrell so when forney got one I was excited but it’s definitely not the same I’ve had it twice and good is always cold and I have to wait smh… never fresh and I’m never satisfied I’d rather drive to Kaufman or Terrell and get there’s!! Not worth it
