I had a large order delivered on a Friday evening. I spoke with Lee a few days before to ensure that he was able to handle my order of 18 pizzas and 22 dozen wings. He was great to work with. Ordered a salad and small pizza to eat in, actually outside, they have no indoor dining. Waited 30 minutes and finally went back inside to see what’s up. They gave us the salad and said they burned the pizza and are making a new one. Would have been nice to know that instead of having to come back inside to find out. Anyway, another 10 minutes and we finally got pizza…meh.

Excellent pizza and friendly staff and owner. Their online ordering system had a major issue when we last ordered. Of course it was during a busy Friday night rush, so there were lots of people waiting for pickup when I got there. The owner and his staff were clearly working hard to overcome the issue. They were calm and attentive to all of the customers even though the experience must have been very frustrating for them. They took the time to get everyone’s order right, even though their system wasn’t giving them the right information. I did wait a while for my pizza, but this was a one-off experience. They still deserve a 5 star review for how hard they worked and how they treated their customers that night.

Our favorite pizza place! We order once a week! Don’t pass up the cheesesteak, wings, veggie pizza and Downtown Jackson Brown. Staff is always so courteous and polite. Lee and his team provide excellent customer service and food AND enjoy what they do.
