Three of us went for lunch. Fries were cold and soggy, Mac salad was warm, chicken fingers very dry, lettuce wilted and a supposed pulled pork sandwich that was barely edible. Service was even worse. Ordered unsweetened tea, got sweet tea and she said if got another glass it would just come out of the same bottle. Never came back after serving to notice none of us were eating our meals. Gust of wind blew umbrella from neighboring table over on our table hitting two of us, knocking over our drinks and spilling all over one of us. Waitress never asked if we were OK, didn’t offer napkins or a cloth to dry off, no offer to refill drinks or any other compensation. She simply put the other umbrellas down without speaking to us and walked away. A letter was written to management and to the owners with no response. Will never go back and will never recommend to anyone.

I wish to add to Karen’s review from above as I was with her for that lunch. I am the one who wore someone’s ice tea once the umbrella fell. Rather than be public about my observations, I wrote a letter – mailing a copy to Corsa and one to Scoville’s. I did so as the restaurant was new, and I wanted to give them an opportunity to improve. I find it strange that I never heard from either establishment in spite of providing an email address, while Karen’s very public review was quickly responded to. I now question the sincerity of the response to Karen as my private letters were totally ignored.
