Super sloppy and gross. Usually these tacos come with holsters but I guess not tonight? The ingredients were all over the taco, impossible to eat without getting the food that’s supposed to be inside the taco all over you.

8/31 6:45 pm Had to lower my star rating yet again. Delivery order not even close to being ready and nobody would even greet me. When I walked in I had to flag somebody down. After waiting over 20 minutes they still have not even started the order even though I told them that I was there for it. Just bad. Nobody pays attention to the front counter nobody’s making the delivery orders as they come in as they’re supposed to. Owners you need to please step it up. Everything rises and falls on leadership. Starts at the top and works its way down.

I’d give zero stars if I could. This Taco Bell is a joke. I’d say I’d agree with the phrase ‘you get what you pay for’ but at this Taco Bell you don’t even get that much. I use the mobile app to order, and this Taco Bell seems to be the only one in the treasure valley who can’t seem to get it together. Out of large cups, soda machines don’t work, they won’t offer to replace products and tell you that you have to deal with the app for a refund-even tho on the receipt it shows you were charged for products you didn’t receive. The guy who usually works the window in the morning, is not very friendly and doesn’t wash his hands after touching his face. He even sneezed on the counter. It’s gross.

This location is so dang inconsistent. Closed often, you don’t know until you either get there or until after you have your order all ready to submit on the the app. Plus the food isn’t consistent. Sometimes I get a perfect crunch wrap, sometimes half of the stuff is on one side and the other half is on the other, sometimes stuff is missing, sometimes there is hardly any stuff on it at all and it is gross. It is frustrating all around.

Made an online order that was cancelled for no reason given 🙁 sad because I was excited for the enchirito. Then I ordered at the drive through instead, and went home to find the completely wrong order. I’m usually pleased with this Taco Bell but this has been disappointing

Didn’t grill my burrito, put a bunch of lettuce in the bean burrito, and whoever made the food obviously did not have clean gloves on. My food was cold and disgusting looking, and the tortilla was shiny like plastic. The management obviously doesn’t care or pay attention, and I feel bad for the employees that don’t get paid enough to put out decent food. As it stands, you’re wasting your money if you eat here. I will not spend my money here again

Front doors were locked during business hours. Drive thru took 20+ minutes to get through. They forgot items and had no way of getting them unless we sat through 20 more or longer minutes in the drive thru again.

Taco bell doesn’t really change in taste or quality. Its always the same decent food. Unless your talking about the new grilled cheese burrito, that was no beuno haha. But I can see the appeal if you like their Chipotle sauce.
