I have ordered food here several times, and every time I enjoyed the food a lot. I especially like the cold sesame noodles, which are just a little spicy and covered with fresh bean sprouts and scallions. The egg rolls are also good. They are very efficient and fast, and the young woman who works the front counter is very friendly & helpful.

I work in a physician’s office very close to China House. We ordered there for lunch about a month ago due to it being so close and it was very good and the staff was pleasant. We decided to order again today, as again the ease of pick up and the food is very good. We ordered over the phone, using their number system from their menu and sent one of our employees to pick it up. When she brought the food back there were two orders that were wrong. After calling to let them know we received the wrong order whomever picked up the phone was rude and hung up the phone before the end of the call. When the same employee went back to pick up the correct order the man at the counter said he would not make it unless we paid for them, even though we already paid for food we did not order. She said he was very rude to her and she ended up paying for the correct orders. We have a staff of 10 and it could have been a twice or more a month order. It is unfortunate that we will never order there again as the food is at least a 4 star but the customer service was awful.
