I don’t understand the restaurant. With a Cibao name on it, you may think you will get traditional Dominican food. It was Spanish food, but not the real tasty Dominican flavorful food. The stewed Beek didn’t have the Dominican flavor of the traditional “carne guisada.” it was missing everything, such as salt, tomato paste, oil, and more. It was cooked for the American customers. The beans were blant with a lack of flavor. Personally, I’ll not go back. I hope they try to emulate the real Dominican food. Other customers may like it. I don’t. Sorry.
