Visit for 1st time with boyfriend.Enter thru lake view an no one notice at first so went ahead and found Elisa who kindly seat us and then we had Haley very cute, friendly but forgot our utensils and napkins and had to remind her.She did provide all need it after. Always keeping her BEAUTIFULL smile.Had the 1/2 ribs rack where good but don’t expect FireFly’s taste.The coleslaw was awesome so do the 3 onion rings on top of burguer that were delicious.Wish it came with more.The burguer taste was very good and enough meat to fulfill yourself and for $5.99 with fries and topped with onion rings on top on Monday special was great.Soda tasted great not like other places with not even soda taste.Atmosphere where great.Felt cozy and warm.The rest of employees saw around were friendly.The lemon chicken noodle soup was packed with chicken I prefered more noddles and soup but was worth it.Overall experience very good just that should Haley improve on at least having utensils and napkins ready when food arrive.Thanks girls.Was a good first experience and thanks to the boss there that answered a couple questions very kindly about clams.

Unfortunately disappointing. Grossly understaffed. Shame on management/owners. Waited easily 15-20 minutes for anyone to come over and take drink order. No waive, no “I’ll be right there,” nothing. Finally waitress came for drinks – waters and sodas – and took another 15 to deliver. Mediocre food. Doors shouldn’t be open if you don’t have the staff to support the number of customers. 5 sandwiches, sodas and water – hour and a half lunch. Ridiculous.

Seems to have declined recently. Service is pleasant and professional, but food delivery was slow. Food on July 21 was not well prepared. Watery chicken parm from not draining pasta, ingredients of fair quality at best for rest of the meal.

Looked up this restaurant before going to make sure they had outside seating and were dog friendly. When I got there I ask about my dog and was told he was welcome in the outdoor seating. Then two other rude employees came out and ask me to leave. Never have I been treated so rudely.

Horrible service , horrible atmosphere, disgusting food ! Not only did our drinks take 15 mins but our food took even longer just for it to be disgusting and disappointing. My daughter said her food tasted like poison. The server asked how the food was so I told her she wasn’t eating it and tasted like poison she still left it on the bill which I found shocking. A manager didn’t come over or anything . After paying over $70 we went home to cook cus we were still starving and thirsty cus even the drinks tasted bad . The patio looked very cute too bad I won’t be returning to find out . 0/10 recommend this place !

I went to watch the Celtics game, it was a good sports bar, $2 PBR was cool but this place definitely has more to offer. The steak nachos I had were out of this world! The patio was gorgeous too. I would definitely go back!
