I passed by and order through drive thru yesterday Feb, 21 at 4pm. Ordered two chicken littles. Ate one and only thing I notice was bread was stale and not as soft as usual. Didn’t pay no mind to it. Went ahead and opened second chicken little and immediately notice a dot on the bread which I recognized quickly. It was a mold spore growing on the bread. I was instantly disgusted. This is not only nasty but it completely unsafe. I called corporate and waited hours to no response. Left a review on their website hoping someone would call me back because I’m completely concerned about other peoples health.

Lord forbid you have a coupon. It was like she wanted to jump the counter. Three different people had to attend to us because of said coupon. We asked if we could use both coupons on one order or separate the orders. They just went through the motions without speaking, she didn’t ask anything. How am I supposed to tell you what I would like??? Do you know me? Nah. 0 outta 10 would not recommend. We couldn’t even order the remaining items we would like. They rushed us out of the line. Took a while for the food. Was not busy when we came in. Over all bad experience.

Okay ordered a 8 piece chicken. The attendant did not ask me what kind (, baked or crispy).The chicken pieces I received look like baby pieces. Like they were shunk. Will not go there again. Should of went to Popeyes or get publix.

I went to 6/19/2021 around 2:20pm to get a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and i clearly said no pickles and they have put tons of pickles i think the manager dont care how the employees make sandwich and they serve the customer like that clearly they just care about hourly wage and not the quality of the food

It is probably partly my fault but still. I used there new app to order ahead. When I went to pick up 20+ minutes later my order was still not complete. Anyways the only still packed was my sides. I specifically asked by name if all my sides were there. She said absolutely I packed them. So instead of verifying it by myself I took her word for it and went home. Mistake, I was missing 2 sides.
