Anatomy Craft Coffee Bar is a unique quick serve cafe showcasing some of the most exclusive equipment in the industry. We use a medium Sicilian Roasted coffee and brew our espresso on a La Marzocco Leva X and brew our drip coffee on a custom tuned Ground Control Cyclops. We offer fresh made pastries baked in house, along side homemade gelato. We blend the modern methods of mixology and add it to a caffeinated menu to give an experience like no other.

Good coffee and nice atmosphere! They do only have one large size however. We ordered some Americanos and a Cappuccino, and since the size was very large, it seemed like it was too much water/milk compared to espresso. I would have liked less water/milk in the cup if it meant preserving more of the espresso flavor. Otherwise, it was good and everyone was friendly!

My first time there. The staff was friendly and the food was good. They were super nice and didn’t tell us they were closed and stayed until we left almost an hour after closing. My friends and I felt so awful for doing that and want to thank them for being kind and doing that when they didn’t have to and could have asked us to leave and we wouldn’t have minded! Ill be back again!

Waited 40 minutes for two smoothies and left with no smoothies. Girl working the counter is clueless and couldn’t manage a lemonade stand. Would be nice if I could get my money back for the smoothies I don’t have.

Anatomy is one of the best coffee shops I’ve been to in my travels. I ordered a cinnamon french vanilla latte with oat milk since it’s starting to feel like Fall in the mornings. The barista made it expertly – not too sweet, you can still taste the coffee, and even the temperature is perfect. There’s nothing worse than getting a hot coffee and not being able to hold or sip it because it’s too hot. I enjoyed sipping on my drink right away, while taking in the sights of sleepy Honesdale on a cold morning. My boyfriend ordered an iced (in this weather?) latte with smores flavor. I’ve never tried a smores latte that actually tasted like smores! This is one of my favorite coffee shops ever. Absolutely worth trying if you’re nearby!!

I have had many positive interactions with baristas at this coffee shop! And the coffee is quite good! Most recently, however, they have cut their hours and have hired some help that really struggles to speak or comprehend anything, and do not seem to know how to make the drinks on the menu. It was a very unsettling experience! I hope this isn’t the new norm there! I love to support local businesses, but this will make it tough to return.

$5 for instant Nestlé hot chocolate poured over water (not even stirred) is straight up robbery. If I wanted instant hot chocolate I would’ve just went to Walmart, bought whipped cream too, and it still would’ve been cheaper and tasted better. Giving 2 stars as their espresso is quality.
