Love Culvers, but this location fails to meet those standards. I’ve been to this location four times and something is always off with my order. One complaint is the fries are always overcooked and hard at this location. In addition, this is the first location to try and charge me for honey mustard. For a few minutes out, there’s other locations in the area to visit.

Unclean and Unprofessional Drive thru service. Literally sneezed/ coughed right on our food bag as we were awaiting our order in the vehicle. The older guy employee with glasses and short, literally coughed/ sneezed on our food, gave the guest in front of us our bag, then took our bag back, and gave us our order.

I ordered the butter burger with cheese. Very tender and juicy. I am gluten free so it was nice that they offered a gluten free bun. The only thing I didn’t like is that it comes in a bag so you have to put in on the burger and add your own sauces. Overall it was good!

Saturday night 8pm. Food was terrific but took a half hour. Asked for a refund. They gave me two coupons for free future meals. Thats fine. So used to Culver’s being a home run. One of the few good ones left. Manager did not apologize but said they only had two employees in the kitchen. Which makes sense. I was polite in asking for the refund, so ideally it would have been nice for the manager to be polite in her declining my request. Anyway, the Wisconsin Cheese Melt is real good. I’d say 3.5 stars. I will use the coupons at what will hopefully be a less busier time.

Man, Culver’s is all a that and a bag of chips (showing my age). Their food tastes fresher than any other fast food I’ve ever had. The cod sandwich was an actual filet of cod and not that minced patty. And I just had to have the cheese curds and they hit on a different level. Whenever I’m on the road and see a Culver’s, I’ll have to stop by at least one.
