So I’ve actually ordered at this location 3 times to try and give it the benefit of a doubt, so my first order I paid for extra cheese on 4 pizzas only to notice that my sauce wasn’t even covered at all, my assumption is there definitely wasn’t extra cheese… the second time I had ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas and a bacon with pepperoni pizza… there was no bacon at all on ANY of my pizzas… well 2 days ago I give them another try… big mistake on my part, my pizza crust was completely white, it tasted doughy and once again I pay for extra cheese and there’s none barely at all, they didn’t even put the buttery garlic sauce on my crust either, was very plain and tasted horrible, I tried calling but was pretty much told that I was lying and they would not replace anything… this place is a joke it’s all fat lazy workers that do not care about you or your food… pretty upsetting considering I can go to any other pizza place but I chose to be F’d over by this place time and time again

I was incredibly impressed with this Domino’s. It was easy to order online, my delivery driver Curtis was friendly, and he got here in record time. The food was hot and tasted great. I will definitely order from here again.

Ordered via the app. Took almost an hour to get here. When it did arrive pizza was incorrect. I called the store to have it replaced and they said they would send one out. After I got off phone realized our wing sauce was also incorrect. I just reported it as an issue on the app. 55 min later our replacement pizza had not arrived, so I called the store- they acted like they had no idea I called and before putting me on hold I could hear them arguing. When they returned to phone worker had 20 questions for me. Finally after a 10 minute call they told me they’d send out my replacement pizza, and hung up on me. Over an hour later they brought a pizza, and delivery kid was very nice and apologetic, but pizza still didn’t match our online order.

Ordered over two hours ago with a two hour wait tentatively listed. No updates or calls given for the order and I just called and they said it would be another hour. My boyfriend and I have always had issues with this dominos. The first time we ordered, it took over an hour to get our food and it was cold and wasn’t even correct. The second time, it took over an hour again for one small pizza and an order of bread bites. When I got the pizza, there was barely any cheese on it and it seemed like the lady delivering was the only one working that night. And tonight I ordered dinner for my boyfriend and I, they called me about 10 minutes later to say they couldn’t deliver to me in Dupo after 8pm. I was confused because they have delivered to me before and they couldn’t even give me an answer when I asked why they could not deliver my food. All they could say was it was “policy”. And that’s fine if it’s a new policy but if someone asks why, at least have an answer ready for them. Probably will never order from this location again.
