This place is amazing! The pho soup is so flavorful, and their BBQ meat is juicy and tender. Prices are also a great deal for NYC. Service can be a bit slow, but the staff is incredibly nice. This is my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant.

I would choose pho best for Vietnamese food in the neighborhood. They are much cleaner restaurant compares to those two competitors in the neighborhood. I always got their shrimp summer rolls. One of their dishes named Bo luc lac is my favorite meal to get beside their pho. Don’t forget to get Their 3 colors drink/dessert.

Vegetables are always packaged separately, but when I open them to add to the soup, it feels like someone has already used them and washed them . So I took a closer look and I was right but soup also used??!!! Feeling so disgusting.

The food was mediocre. We were a group of four and they relocated us to another table when we were still in the middle of eating to give to another group of four to eat?? Also, when they relocated us I had to stand up for 5 minutes because there were 3 chairs only; and mind you, we were a group of 4. I’ve said to one of the workers to get another chair but I got ignored for 5 MORE minutes and had to repeat what I said to the original worker.

The place is clean and the food comes out pretty fast. Ordered some spring rolls and pork chop and both tasted good. Definitely think portion isn’t as large as you think, for they’re just placed in very large plates. Although it can get busy, I think the servers should learn to be able to handle the rush a bit better. They all looked a bit over stressed and unable to balance the work even when the whole restaurant isn’t full. You always have to call a waiter if you need something and even when I did ask for my check, they just yelled “hold on! Hold on!” without even looking up at me or tellling me to wait nicely. I can understand it can be overwhelming but just wished they knew how to handle it better and provide good food WITH good service. (FYI, they also barely check vaccine cards. Maybe every now and then but even with my party of 5, they didn’t check any of ours)

Presentation was nice and that’s about it. We were starving. The calamari was ok but to chewy. Our beef, tendon, tripe Pho looked great until I found a roach in mine ughhhh. I wish I would have read a few reviews. The waitress was not trying to give me back my money but offered to make me another soup. I was like NO THANKS. She made me one to go and I gave it to a random stranger outside. My coworker had nearly finished his but was thoroughly disgusted about roach situation. Staff is indifferent.
