Tonight was so special for us !! On vacay from SC looking for great food.. we found it!! Chad was phenomenal, yet patient with us which I loved . Delmonico, and lobster rav so yummy. Excellent selection of white wine btg.. and so affordable . I can’t wait to come back to Valdosta ❤️❤️ thank you!

The service and ambiance was nice, however we felt rushed as the server began clearing the table before we had even all stood up to leave. I had requested the blackened red fish (channel bass) which was deliciously prepared! However as I politely asked to keep my left overs, he nearly shoveled it off the table. The positive was the absolutely delicious food! Perhaps the downfall was such good business and hurried service for such a small building.

Great family owned and ran restaurant. Best and most consistent food in Valdosta. This is one of the few places I go where I order different meals. So many good options to choose from. Way more than pasta to choose from! The steak, fish, and shrimp are awesome too. The grouper is probably my favorite but the flounder is good too. The desert here is hands down the best in town.

We celebrated our Wedding Anniversary in GA and found this great restaurant near our hotel. We looked for a nice Italian restaurant and came across Mom & Dad’s. It was amazing! My wife had the lobster ravioli and I had Veal Parmessan. She loved her dinner and the veal was perfectly battered, little more cheese then I like, but it was still great! Our waitress was excellent, full of life and knew the menu inside and out. We’ll definitely make plans to eat her again whenever we pass through the area!

Couldn’t decide what to order and my waiter was very friendly and helpful. Veal Marsala was one of the best I’ve had in years. Only complaint is that I would have preferred to have noodles on the plate to eat with the sauce or mashed potatoes . White chocolate Ravioli was delicious.

As a person who has eaten at a variety of Italian restaurants from chain restaurants (Olive Garden) to quite expensive privately owned restaurants; Sardelli’s Italian Steakhouse, Buca Di Beppo, and Cannoli Kitchen to name just a few. I was so excited to experience this old fashion mamma e papà restaurant. And, sadly, that is where my excitement ended. During covid my husband and I ordered take-out from Mom and Dad’s. The lasagna was so blan that it tasted like I was eating baby food and the pasta was very much over cooked. I will not continue with how the food tasted and the presentation of our seven items ordered. Just know those are the kindest words I have to bestow upon that order.

Mom and Dad’s is good for me anytime but I especially enjoy sitting in the small bar room on special occasions. Not only do they all treat me like royalty but they know our names and drinks. I think it’s fine romantic dining. I plan to dine there regularly.

This place is the place if u are in the mood for good food. Michelle had shrimp Alfredo and it was soooo good. I had a steak called Nino delmonico and that thingbwas heaven on a plate. It was a finely prepared delmonico steak smothered in tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, all baked into cheese. OH MY GOD!

We went there for our anniversary on August 3rd 2023. I ordered the Lasagna and my wife ordered the Chicken Parm. The Lasagna was burnt so bad it was not only crunchy,but it was also stuck to the pan. My meal came with soup, which was pretty good and I ate it. My wife’s meal came with a side order of spaghetti which was so bitter you could not even eat it. We told the waiter about the issues and they comped my meal,or so I thought. Since I ate the cup of soup, they still charged me $7.00 for it. We had been to this restaurant once before, and it was only so-so, but we thought we would try it again. There will be no third time and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The waiter was very kind though!!
