Went to Norman for an art show and had to stop in and try Velvet Taco for the first time. I enjoyed it a lot! I love the colorful exterior and the laid back community seating interior. The menu has a lot of flavor to choose from and they always have specials. We got a range of fish, chicken, and steak. All of it was tasty, but the steak is a major winner. The chips and queso had a hint of kick and is delightfully creamy. We got a frozen Margarita and some hard seltzer to wash it all down. The first try was definitely a success. They even called my name out with a little roll of the tongue. Enjoy!

I really enjoyed the experience of this new restaurant. The tacos are big!!! I ordered the kids taco…oh my goodness it was a struggle to get the second one down..but I did. Very friendly and honest staff I know this because I left my cell phone and when I contacted them they assured me that they had it and will keep it until I got there. Nice roomy eatery. Will go again.

Bomb tacos!!! I walked up and told the young lady, “I want 3 tacos, surprise me!” She did not disappoint. Chicken Tikka, Korean fried rice, angus. Every one more delicious than the previous. Also, the portions are big! These aren’t your wimpy street tacos, they can hold their own. Highly recommend when you’re in the Norman area!
