They are usually good about the speed and accuracy of service here but this morning my Boston cream donut was face down in the bag and the frosting was all over the inside of it’s bag… Also it seems like no bakery paper was used to put the donut into the bag either. I don’t usually write negative reviews but this bummed me out and I hope they change this. No other complaints really besides the snack side foods (bagel bites for example) are sometimes burned and inedible, generally this location is the best in my area and I’m happy to drive a little farther for their friendly service.

Okay I pull up to this location at 6:00am. No line. Not busy. I grab a bacon egg cheese croissant and hot chocolate. Taste hot choc and it’s fine. But than this croissant is nasty. It was cold. Cheese didn’t melt. And it was just sloppy. Service was quick but I see why. They didn’t take the time to warm up the food. Lazy. Never had problems like this before here at this location.

Biscuits bites, supposed to be stuffed (nothing) and bread over cook. Avocado bacon and tomato sandwich(no bacon or tomatoes) and bread were tough , ice coffee tasted like water and hash rounds were cold and greasy. Please closed the doors because everyone needs to be retrained

Office Manager
I go here because it is close to my work. I order on the app, so I can be sure my order is correct (before the app this place NEVER EVER got the order correct). For a while, it worked out well, but a few months ago (actually more like 9) this location got a new manager and it is just AWFUL. They are nearly ALWAYS out of bagels (especially Everything). You would think if you regularly run out, you would order more quantity, but no. And once you order a bagel on the app, they refuse to refund so you HAVE to get something else whether you want to or not.

Ordered a butter pecan frozen coffee. When I was given the drink which had brown specks in it. I asked to make sure that I was given the right thing amd to make sure that I wasn’t seeing chocolate (I don’t like chocolate) the 2 young guys laughed and said I got what I order. The drink was so sweet that I couldn’t drink it $5 wasted. Come to find out they gave me the butter pecan crunch which wasn’t what I ordered.
