Not that I think they care about reviews, but I’m done with this place. I’ll be ordering from the cool springs location from now on and seeing how they do. I order extra cheese every single time, never happens. I’ve tried ordering thin crust to even out the crust to cheese ratio, doesn’t work. I order it on only half the pizza so they can’t say that “oh we spread it out so that’s why”. You shouldn’t see the naked pizza dough with regular cheese. You definitely shouldn’t with extra cheese. They’ve just wasted food and money each time because if they don’t read it and get it right, we ask them to remake it. I asked the kid checking me out what we can do to solve this problem and he didn’t have anything to say other than the toppings take the spot of the cheese…what?! So tired it.

Papa Johns has fallen off big time. They used to have good pizza but now they don’t. The pizza is always under cooked, too much cheese, etc. The past 3 orders have been terrible and I know other people who say the same thing. It’s a shame because they are a big company and their pizza used to be great.

I managed several different Papa John’s stores in my younger days, so I know the ups and downs, ins and outs of trying to maintain quality in such a fast paced, high turnover, low margin kind of business. That said, this location has consistently failed to live up to just basic standards of quality control, to the point that this long time, faithful fan of Papa John’s just probably won’t be ordering from them any more. The last time I had an issue before this, the manager at the time gave me grief for calling to complain instead of checking the quality before I left the store. I guess I shouldn’t have assumed that my pizzas would look like they’d been made by someone who’d seen a pizza before in their life or who had gone through at least the basic training to end up with something round with toppings on it. This last time it was worse, but I forgot to check before I left the store again, so rather than call and complain, I just decided not to order from them anymore and post a review. I never post reviews. As you can see by the pictures, they just didn’t seem to care at all about the product they were selling, and from someone with direct experience with Papa John’s QC standards, these should have been thrown in the trash and redone.

I’m giving 4 stars because typically this place does well with our order but this is what I recieved for our order of wings tonight. The pizzas are fine. The BBQ wings are fine. The Buffalo wings don’t have enough sauce to cover one full wing. Disappointing.
