The food is decent when the low-life, incompetent, unintelligent employees gets the order correct- a rarity. How are these women being vetted? The new woman on drive- thru is really stupid! I’m unsure if she can read. She giggles at all of her mistakes from ordering and incorrect charges. What’s so hard about reading and preparing for to do one’s job correctly?!

If I could leave a 0 star I would. The staff is overall rude. I walk in, one of the people just walks pass as I’m standing at the register and says nothing. Another girl comes over to ask what I want, I tell her. She rolls her eyes goes to throw a blender in the sink and calls another guy to do it. I understand if the ice cream isn’t hard enough to make a milk shake creamy but why not say that before giving me a horribly made milkshake. Then the donut was stale. I have worked in customer service so I know how it is working with people all day but if you’re going to have a bad attitude with customers… It’s probably best to just go home. All 3 employees were rude.

Came and ordered a large strawberry and small pralines and cream milk shake. Instead the gave me large praline and a small strawberry. Dorvw all the way back up there and waited another 10mins for them to male the shake. They were not busy at all as no one was in store or in the drive through. They finally corrected my order but the praline shake they gave me is completely melted. So it’s praline milk. I go here almost every morning but I will not be back. As an African American woman, the African American lady that was working today 4/15/23 at 6p needs an attitude adjustment.

The food was burnt. The order was incorrect. The young Hispanic lady with the black hair was yelling and would not correct my order. I called cooperate. No response. I hope someone addresses the issue of her rudeness and ignorance before she runs all the customers away. Very poor customer service.

This place is so bad and there’s plenty of reviews on here letting this dunkin know that there is an issue with there employees they always rushing you when your the only one in the drive through line they always say they are put of certain beverages and on one of my visits when I was waiting for my order one of the employees says to there coworker that they aren’t in the mood to make smoothies so they get on the intercom on say they don’t have smoothies if they don’t like there job and don’t want to do there job they shouldn’t be working there and like I said before this has been going on for a long time and still no one does anything about it and today I get there at 740pm and they rudely say they are closed what are we as customers supposed to do to get this place to do a better job

Hot food but Terrible coffee. I’ve been there several times now and every time I ask for cream and sugar in my coffee, it’s like drinking hot bitter water. Dunkin’ Donuts is known for good coffee (America runs on Dunkin’) but many of them are bringing down that reputation. PLEASE DO BETTER!

When I went here a few times in the morning they either didn’t answer the intercom even during open hours or they took your order. Gave you old donuts and don’t even interact with you. I order my items get to the window they tell me the price than accept my payment and give me my items and close the window. They don’t say thank you or anything. I dig in my bag for a donut and it be dry and sticky. I would appreciate fresh donuts. I’ll continue going to another dunkin donuts instead of here. The other one I attend always greets and is friendly after giving you your items that are fresh
