I went to the drive through. The customer service was good. The young man at the window was very nice. He didn’t know what type of fish was in the hibachi fish though. I got the steak hibachi. The vegetables are extremely salty and the rice is undercooked. The steak is dry, but the taste of it is good though. I also got chicken egg rolls and they were good.

Super fast service and they were extremely busy. Drive-thru only at 8:40pm and they close at 9pm. They had someone outside with a tablet taking orders because the line was so long. This really did help to speed up the process and keep everyone moving. Job well done! The food was delicious as it always is and it was still hot by the time I made it home 20-25 min later. I will say the proportions have definitely been cut WAY back. I always get a side of rice (didn’t get a picture before it was gone) so I can share it between 2 littles and normally I will have more than enough leftover for my lunch the next day…… Unfortunately that is no longer the case. I will have find something else for lunch . I opened the container and couldn’t believe they only put what looked like 2 scoops of fried rice in that big white to go container, it barely covered the bottom of the box and normally it is close to full. My dumplings hit the spot and the steak bowl wasn’t as full as it usually is either. We will not let this 1 bad experience stop us from eating there again soon but they have 2 more chances then I AM DONE GIVING THEM MY HARD EARNED MONEY! 3 strikes and you’re out.

Did not receive what I paid for! I did check my bag to see that I received what I paid for ! Didn’t know I need to open the dinner to see if my vegs are in their ! I shouldn’t have too gave me unsweetened tea when I ask for. Sweet an had no ice in the sweeten tea when gave back to me ! It’s bad when u can’t get one dinner right for one single person ! Why were no car s in line so they weren’t to busy for this kinda service I want my money bk an don’t have to worry about me eating their again

Teriyaki chicken bowl was horrid. Chicken was dry and hard with zero taste of teriyaki. Clearly cooked a while ago. Borderline inedible. Managed a few bites by drowning it in yum yum sauce. And lucky me, I bought two. $20 wasted. For those prices, cross the parking lot to Chef Lees and order off the lunch menu. Same cost.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE!!!!! The chicken was very dry and hard as if they are recycling food which is completely unsanitary don’t eat here if you don’t want to get sick, my mother and I rice smelled like it was spoiled it smelled HORRIBLE they are recycling food. Then on top of that they charged my mothers card a extra 7 dollars for nothing..!!!!!!!! We will not being coming back I will be reporting especially since they know what they did, when my mother went in to return the food the lady already knew what she was coming in for she went right to the back to get someone without my mom even telling her the issue.

My food is always really good. I’ve only had one instance when my rice was overcooked. It’s always hot & fresh. The fish with rice and grilled vegetables is my go to, so flavourful! The cashiers at the drive thru are always pleasant.

My chicken was over cooked and hard. Big sign tell you to check your order before you leave the drive thru. I did and the order was correct. The girl was sweet at the window but the place is looking pretty rough and unkept outside.

One of the grossest establishments I’ve ever been to. The restaurant was filthy, the smell of the food was atrocious, and they hung cheap black curtains to cover what’s going on in their kitchen which is extremely suspicious. The food smelled so disgusting that we didn’t bother eating it. Avoid this place if you don’t want to get sick.
