We were tired and looking for a quick meal at this drive-in. Worst service we have ever had, they definitely were not looking for good customers. We waited over an hour for a salad. The person in charge or whatever she was kept telling us it’s on our way 2 minutes tops after waiting another 15 we left. We will still do this highway just will never eat at this place.

Stopped here during our Highway 50 tour and was pleasantly surprised! It is NOT FAST FOOD so it takes a bit longer than McD’s so just relax and chat with the people there, they’re super friendly. Very clean place and delicious food! Great stop

Googled to see if they were open, listed as open online. I know with covid hours vary for businesses. We were driving across country for a family emergency and my husband used to get ice cream here with his dad when he was younger. His uncle lives nearby. We pulled into the parking lot and were viewing their menu online (I’m disabled and immune compromised so stayed in the truck) they quickly turned out the open light and closed when they saw us pull in. Their hours didn’t state they were closing soon and they didn’t even let my husband know what was up. It’s ok, we ate amazing food at Nardis but my father in law passed in 2020 and my husband was just craving some nostalgia.

Terrible service…mediocre food. We waited over an hour for our food when it was quoted at 15-20 minutes. The pizza was burnt, they forgot our chef salad and the drinks for our kids meal. We found out that there were only 2 employees total working the shift (on a holiday weekend) and they were both new – one had been working for just a week and the other just a few days.

This place offers sandwiches, burgers and all kinds of milkshakes and ice-cream. They are friendly and efficient and the food was excellent. They even has a treat for our dog. Highly recommended!
