I took my kids for breakfast and play but they never opened the playground. I asked the staff if they can open. She never came back to me. She even looked at me annoyingly. If they have specific time frame they can open playground then they should put notes on the door. What a waste of time. Disappointed. And napkins were all out. She even forgot to put straws for my drinks.

Very large restaurant…one of the largest I’ve seen. There’s a large separate indoor play gym for children, with seating nearby for parents. Facility was clean and organized. The employee was courteous and efficient. The all day breakfast menu was limited and wasn’t too fresh considering…but was okay.

I Placed a mobile order at this location. I was greeted by the manager working 0600hrs on 05202023. I gave her my pick-up number. She looked at the computer, then walked to the counter and punched in some digits. The manager then walked to the back and returned several minutes later with a receipt. When I asked about my order, she proceeded to lecture me about how mobile orders work. I know how they work because I use them. Not only did this manager make me wait, but she expected me to wait while nagging me about how mobile orders work. At my local McDonald’s at 630 university. I order in the parking lot, and when I walk in, my order is ready. Please review your cameras. I did not receive my food. I was handed a receipt. Refund my money. Thank you and make it a great day!

Terribly run store. It takes forever to get through the drive though even if there is no line. Min. 20 minutes with two car in front of you. I ordered two meals, one of which was a Big Mac and they forgot the Big Mac sandwich. I didn’t realize it until I got home. I tried to call them a few times to tell them but no one picks up the phone!!! Will not go back there again.
