I love their burritos! Not a fan of skimpy spoonfuls though. This place could be 4 stars if the servers weren’t quit as stingy with the meat. Some give a good amount and others not so much. A full spoon shouldn’t be considered “extra”. I like the place, but employees could be a bit friendlier.

Do not order your food online at this place, as i presented pictures or what we order and what we got there is a big difference. I called to try to get the order resolved and was told to keep the food until Sunday because no one can do anything about it and that they are about to close. This is a prime example of what happen when you order at night, the staff doesn’t want make order correctly. Even though we order a hour before closing. As you can on the pictures there is none to little cheese on my nachos and on the burrito is missing some items as well, we also didn’t get our bowl of queso that we ordered as well. To the staff that made our order I know you guys were probably ready to go home but you still should do your job to the full extent until you clocked out. This is very disappointing. This was my first time ever eating at Moe’s. I went with my significant other who suggested it. No one greeted us as they gave a loud welcoming to the party behind us and others. I immediately lost my appetite after this and really didn’t want anything to eat. The staff could not get the orders right and seemed nervous or confused. We ordered that day’s special which was quesadillas and he ordered a bowl also. The staff made smart comments which comes off as argumentative regarding the guacamole price cups. I was behind my significant other and could not see the prices. Speaking of the prices, they were high. Two people with drinks( which the staff acted like she didn’t hear my significant other inquire about drinks) totaled around $45. I would have left initially but stayed because of my significant other. The tables/booths were dirty and my date wiped our booth down before sitting. The staff ignored his question for a to go bag. Terrible experience all around. I don’t have the pictures to add at this point.

I am on a very strict keto diet. Moes came through for me. They fixed me a salad instead of a burrito. I made two meals off the salad. Ir us better than all the orher places like it. Great job Moe’s

The Day
So to the young lady with the black and blue braids, working hard to try and get everything done by herself! Keep it up! I know it sucks being the only one that is pushing through the shift! She was kind and courteous the whole time, minus the fact that the other one with a short ponytail out of her permed hair was busy talking about absolutely nothing in the back of the kitchen, while the lady with the braids was busy cleaning the grill and restocking the line. All while trying to take my order and complete it. It wasn’t until there was 4-5 behind me that lady with the permed ponytail came up to the front and tried to jump in to help. Poor management if I can read that right. The only fresh items used to make my food was the rice that was switched out. The limes I received were dried and little to no moisture left in them. My steak in my stack was so hard I couldn’t chew it!

I gave 3 stars bc no greeting. There were 3 reps standing by the register talking while one young man was on the line. He was clearly doing an online order and I waited for him but none of the talkers came down to help. The young man that did my order. I got two orders. The second order he barely gave me any food. And the sour cream he barely gave me any. I get to the register and the rep charged me full price for the nachos and it’s Tuesday.. nachos should be $7.49. When I called her out on it she pop it the discount on. Im not going back to this one. I’ll go to the Moe’s off Wendover Ave.

It was my first time ever going to Moes I LOVED the food it’s really pricey I believe I could have went to another restaurant and spent less for more but I can say the food was great . The customer service needs work . Also I loved that they had a contest going with a winning prizes to feed your employees in the office lunch .

Being truthful up front, I like what is called Mexican food here in the US. I also like rice. I purchased chicken & steak HOMEWRECKER BOWL. My coworker and I decided to eat there. With my job as a bridge painter, it’s normal to get my food to go. I liked that I can select everything that goes into the dish. It was delicious. I’m not a big guy so I was only able to eat half. Heck yeah, I took the rest with me which I ate later that evening. The staff was both courteous and professional. And lastly, I saw some beautiful women having a meal there also. My buddy said we have to get back to work. Overall, it was, as they say, a really great dining experience.
