Our first time here last Wednesday, 6/14/2023… but i was kinda disappointed when i get my food ….. I’ve told the cashier what i only want on my cheeseburger ….. still, they put pickles in it. Though, they change it, but again, not the one that i like…. this time they put everything in my burger….. so, i complain again for the 2nd time, and i was so upset already because of this, but anyway, i got my order correctly, afterwards .

Drove up to new Whataburger. Everything was blocked off w orange cones. Drive Through only! Just opened! Lots of cars in line. Girl doing orders outside did a great job. Very pleasant. Food was really good and order was perfect. Worth the wait.

This place always be messing up my order, forgetting condiments or food items like my cinnamon roll, and usually by the time i get home its to late. The sorry thing about it is I also was waiting in the drive-through for about 45 minutes to an hour, Personally I don’t think this WaterBurger shouldn’t even be open.This has happened to me countless of times and I’m tired of it, no refund no free sandwich

This place is a joke! From the soda machine to the service. I should’ve driven to the one on 119th because I was in and out last time. I understand times is hard for staffing, but I literally watch them play around ( eating, laughing and looking into space) I wasted 2 hours of my life at this place. Please look at your Receipts, check your food for freshness and bring your patience

The lady who checked us out was amazing! She was doing her job like a champ. She needs to get a raise with how long this line was. She was so fast making orders. Same goes to cooks! They also need a raise for how many people came through this line. It was very fast with it too! 10/10 would come back.

I wasn’t as impressed as I had hoped to be. I used the drive thru and it took a little long. The fries were not very crispy, the burger tasted good but there was onion inside the wrapper and lettuce inside the bag when I didn’t have either in my order.
