Shame on you for now charging extra if no ice is requested on ice coffee. I know its more of the actual product but you’re already charging a high price for it being watered down with ice. I’ve been getting the ice coffee for several years now and never noticed an extra charge for no ice until today. You just lost me as a now very unsatisfied customer.

Every single time i come here they get the order wrong. they charge me for everything then dont give me half of it & the items they do give me are either wrong or not cooked all the way. never makes my coffee right either and all i ask for is a vanilla iced coffee w cream & liquid sugar.

They close the doors 2 hours before the closing time. The staff is extremely rude and incompetent. They have zero intention of serving customers. Even though I’m underage, I could smell weed in the dine-in area the last time I came. I had no idea that Dunkin Donuts would hire employees who would smoke weed in a family restaurant. I am attaching a photo of an employee who closed the door when I arrived with my family. And it is not the first time it has happened.

Literally the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. I order a nitro cold brew that is only available at locations that offer On Tap coffee. Sharpsburg pike and Garland Groh are the 2 locations I go to get this drink. It only comes in a small and is $4.34 a cup. When I go to the Dunkin on garland I get a FULL cup and I watch them make it. My fiancé went to get this cup at Sharpsburg pike for me tonight, when they handed him the cup he asked them if it was right because it was less than half full. They told him “yeah it’s right It’s because of the cold foam.” I immediately called them before he even made it home when I saw this picture he sent me. When I told the woman on the phone what happened she insisted it was right and that the one on garland must not be giving me cold brew. When I informed her that I WATCH them give me the ON TAP nitro and I’ve never been given a Quarter cup of coffee at that location she had nothing to say. Had the nerve to tell me to bring it back. Please tell me why I would ever want to go back to a location that is literally ripping me off. This is the second time I’ve gotten a cup of coffee like this from that location. I’ll continue to go to the one on garland or I’ll just go back to JPMINO Coffee on dual. At least those places actually care if a customer returns or not.

Don’t go here they don’t fill your drinks all the way. My latte was half drink half whipped cream. I don’t know about you but I’ve never ordered a latte that only fills half the cup. I had them remake it and they did it AGAIN, literally half full. I was at the counter and even stuck my whole finger into the cup and said “see? I shouldn’t be able to dip my whole finger into the top of my drink and not feel coffee!” Her response? “ I can add more milk.” So they basically gave me a small in a medium cup and charged me for a medium. This isn’t the first coffee I’ve gotten here thats been light on the contents either. Plus they keep the doors locked in the morning because they don’t want customers coming in and prefer them to use the drive through. The Dunkin on oakridge drive wonderful and that’s where I’ll go from now on.
