I ordered me and my family dinner from here on a Friday and upon putting my order in and getting to the window to pay and receive the food I always ask for my order to be repeated back to me. The lady at the window did repeat my order but stuff was still missing from my order. I came back days later and the same lady was in the building and I told her about that ordeal that happened Friday and it was like she disregarded everything I said. Then she has a habit of making it seem like she can’t hear when you’re placing your order… That pisses me off plus the amount of food they give you vs the prices for the stuff you actually order doesn’t add up

Went through drive-thru and the order was ready very fast! Beef Brisket dinner was absolutely fantastic!! Was hoping to get some Alabama BBQ and this place did not disappoint. First time coming and the cousins are planning on coming back. Just wish I was here long enough to tag along for another meal!! Will look this place up again when come back to Alabama.

The only reason I rated it 4 out of 5 is that, because the food is cooked to order, there is a long wait. Not very convenient if you’re on your lunch hour. Other than that food is always affordable and fresh.

This is one of those businesses that has been in a community for so long that they feel like they no longer have to try any more. The service has been slow and unfriendly the last couple of times I went there. If you ask for condiments and napkins make sure to check your bag before you leave because they have no problem lying and saying that they put them in your bag already.
