Wonderful local restaurant with a cozy atmosphere, close to home. Delicious, authentic Mexican food served in generous portions. Brasero (enough for a family), molcajete, coctel de camarón and fajitas are the best! Family owned and operated; highly recommended!

Let me open with the food was good. I placed an order online that included Queso Dip. It did not mention chips, so I added a note stating that I hoped chips were included. I did not receive chips with my order. I called regarding the chips and was told they are not included with a Queso order, There was no response regarding the note when I mentioned it. If someone would have contacted me regarding my note about the chips, I would have paid for the chips just to we could enjoy the Queso which does taste delicious. I cannot think of a place that I have eaten or ordered from that DID NOT provide chips with a Queso order. That would be a fairly inexpensive change to avoid frustration for your customer. Great customer service makes all the difference in recommending a restaurant. Thank you.

When I seen the five star review I was so excited. Me and my family came 40 mins away to eat here. I have to say, It wasn’t good. I’m sorry. I don’t understand where the 5 stars came from for this restaurant. The burritos were full of rice hardly any meat in them and the shrimp hardly had any flavor. We told one of the Manger and he acted like he didn’t care. I had a child serving me and wasn’t familiar with the menu. Waisted of $60. I won’t be back.

Nice people. Food was great and flavorful. Pozole was excellent, I highly recommend this dish!. Chimichanga was stuffed with a great amount of food. It has rice inside so you may want to ask if you can substitute the side of rice for more beans. The cheese sauce that is supposed to be on the chimichanga is more of a hint of cheese sauce and could do with a bit more. The complimentary salsa that is served with the chips tastes like it is made from tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce.

5 Stars for sure! Family restaurant that is fairly new in the area but sure know about authentic Mexican food! My husband had the caldo de res which was perfect for a chilly day! I had The carne asada and meat was top notch! Great portions! Even my 4 year old cleared off his plate! Can’t wait to try something new next time! Thank you will be Back soon!
