Nice place and very nice service! Loved this place. We ordered pancakes and omelette, coffee. We were fully satisfied with the food and service. Big portions of food and muffin as a gift 🙂 Also it has a great view to Tahoe lake.

The food was good, the prices are a bit high, that is why 4 Stars. I had the Mama Bear Skillet and the kids had waffle sandwich and fruit French toast (strawberry) overall good service and friendly staff. We were seated in an awkward table at first that was really wobbly – but I asked to be moved and we were with no problems. I couldn’t eat the whole skillet so I brought half home. Huge iced tea!

Had great breakfast here. Good portion. Great view if you get the window table. You can eat outside too if you prefer. Our server was courteous. Kids like the atmosphere.

Nice local place. It is a little pricey but the proportions were good. Waiter was accommodating with personal requests. Love the huge glasses so you’re not waiting in refills all the time. Eggs were over cooked but overall meal was delicious. Beautiful view of the lake from any seat.

Table was a little lopsided and rickety in the grass out front with traffic. But the dog was happy food was generally good. Didn’t care for bacon biscuit gravy, but that’s just me!

Wonderful restaurant right across from the lake. Prompt friendly service, English and Español friendly, with huge portions of good food (a little pricey but really worth it). The biscuits were awesome and not dry or weird, the banana walnut pancakes were a huge portion and super good! The hot chocolate came with a refill included (!!!) and the moment the coffee left my lips out waitress was near by to top off my cup. Overall really impressed with this lovely breakfast spot and it’s lovely view.

Just came here to boost the ratings because it really was a nice place to eat. I ordered biscuits and gravy, which was delicious. My husband ordered the BBQ Brisket which he said was good as well. The service was good, got our food quickly.

We stayed at Hotel Azure and upon check-in were told that we would receive a 15% discount at Bear Beach Cafe if we showed our room key. We decided to grab breakfast to go the next morning. I was offered a table to sit at and ordered coffee while I waited. It took longer than expected, but due to staff shortages in all tourist areas, it’s not that uncommon. The wait was worth it! Our omelets were simply exquisite! Not greasy. The vegetables were fresh and all the ingredients tasted amazing. The house potatoes were thinly sliced and perfectly toasty without being greasy. Quick note: due to staffing shortages, they are currently only serving breakfast and lunch. I will try their lunch the next time we’re in town!
