The evening shift has many many great qualities but the friendliness of the staff and the quickly prepared food (even Tho someone forgot my biscuit)the customer service made up for it the first smokey mountain fudge milk shake that was made correctly at any Jack’s I’ve went to in a few many months thank you for killing it at work to make someone smile and not feel like they shouldn’t have hit ur drive thru it makes a difference

Asking for NO Grits due to a food allergy, still getting grits with my order, almost every time. Food was cold this morning and my hashbrowns were overcooked and hard, couldn’t even eat them!!! This location is so terrible. It’s not all the employees but certain ones are very disrespectful when you bring the wrong order back inside to have it fixed. I’ve gotten raw grilled chicken sandwiches from this location as well. Also greeted with rudeness and attitude when I brought it to their attention for them to replace. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

Cartoonishly bad service. Routinely puts you ‘on hold’ at the drive through for 5-10 minute waits. Constantly short-changing your orders and forgetting items. One of their favorite things to do is to do is hand you a slimy ice-cream dripping cup at the drive through when you order a shake. Complain about their jobs at the counter, at the window, in full public view. Every time you come back you think ‘there’s no way that the service will be as miserable as last time’ and it somehow manages to be.

Everything went this place is great. Everyone working there is very friendly and upbeat which is a nice change from most fast food stops. Good is always good and reasonably priced. If you haven’t experienced Jacks than I highly suggest giving them a shot.

It was late night after a visit to the ER. Loaded bacon cheese tenders and fries. The best things ever. The cashier brought our food to the table. Was very nice and pleasant. 🙂 Daughter wanted to tip but cashier would not accept.

This Jacks was really busy. All cashiers were handling multiple customers. The COOK came from in back and asked what we wanted. E we told him. He went back in the kitchen. By the time we got to the counter, he had our food out. All we had to do was pay. Fantastic customer service!

If I could do less I would. My child and I have food allergies so i ask for biscuits when I order for her to be substituted for a wrap (tortilla) I’m told every time they can’t do that. However every other jacks I’ve been to does do this. And an ex employee was the one who actually told me about it. Also, I’ve gotten grilled chicken sandwiches that were raw and when I return it I’m greeted with attitude. My biggest concern is the lack of attention to special orders though. If I ask for NO GRITS bc of an allergy, it’s disappointing to get grits especially when it’s also mixed in with my gravy (deluxe breakfast) I’m paying for food I can’t eat at this point. Not all employees are bad and it’s not every single visit….but it happens enough that my overall rating is a 1. some employees at this location are amazing and polite.

Ever since they switched managers and staff the store has went down hill and still hasn’t recovered. It is almost everyday they only accept cash and their drink machine is out. The service and quality of the Wedowee jacks has went down terribly.
