Worst place ever. We will never go back. Customer service is horrible. When trying to order had to wait for two employees to complete their no-nonsense conversation. While standing & waiting for our carry out order two employees cussing back & forth using the “F” word over & over. When we asked about their behavior in a place of business the older heavy set Hispanic man became irate & directing comments at us. This place is a dump with horrible management & employees.

We love wienerschnizel hot dogs but today the whole place was filthy. Floors, counter and tables were dirty and sticky. Couldn’t believe the condition of it all. Good thing the health inspector didn’t drop by.

I went with my 2 boys to have dinner. But as soon as we walked in the place looked awful. Dead flies on the tables and it smelled awful like old cooking oil and cleaning products. The kitchen looked dark no lights. Only 2 people were working. The kitchen floor looked dirty and wet. It was disgusting and gross in this place. I have not been in here in years until Friday. They need to update the kitchen, counters, and overall restaurant. They need to get inspected ASAP! I will not eat here in the future until they update the restaurant and clean it. We walked back out without ordering anything!!!

I came here several times and ever time I’ve witnessed cooks and cashiers wearing no gloves at all handling everyone’s food.. today I witnessed a worker come in after break and go straight to handling people food. I’ve told them and the manager several times to wear gloves and they still don’t. I’m calling the health department and the head quarters in California about this place. And I have pictures of it. You all need to be fired. And every time the flys are all over the place you can’t even sit there with out being covered in flys.

The food is great!! The service could definitely be better. What happened to taking care of the customer/guest first then doing your cleaning? Unfortunately, these younger adults who work here just seem to not care.

Arrived at 2:30 pm. Parking lot was relatively clean. Entered drive thru quickly. Cashier was not prompt nor very courteous. Ordered polish sandwich combo. No suggestive sell was offered. Arrived at window but wasn’t greeted within two minutes. Once cashier opened the window I wasn’t greeted with a hello, only told the total of the meal. Had to ask for ketchup. Cashier did say thank you. Left drive thru at 2:40. Fries are lukewarm but seasoned ok. The sandwich was good but I wished they could’ve toasted the rye bread. It tasted great though. I went to the drive thru today and when I was placing my order the young lady got confused when I asked for no cheese so I turned my truck off and repeated myself. Then she said hold on and another gentleman ask me to repeat myself so I did and he said we are out of tea and I said ok and said cancel the number 3 and just give me a number 1 with Dr Pepper and the gentleman said what about the number 3? I repeated cancel it then he gets very upset and say’s don’t yell. I replied I’m not yelling and was told I could leave and was pulling away when he said that. I understand good or any help is hard to find but this is a JOKE!!!! This place isn’t worth the trouble.
