Recommend calling to place an order if overwhelmed by options online. Ordered for a large group and received generous portions for everyone, along with complimentary chips and salsa. Personally very much enjoyed the birria tacos and veggie burritos (roasted broccoli added nuttiness and crunch). Heard good things from others about the chicken quesadillas. Loved the owner as well, who stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure we got our pickup!

The new owners are great! The birria tacos and consome were a hit. The consome wasn’t watery or oily. It was reduced, thicker than usual and full of flavor. The pupusas were delicious also, the lorocco is always my favorite. Quality cheese is a must. Got the tamales to go, can’t wait to make breakfast tamales in the morning.

Always drove by this place but never stopped in until yesterday in Vallejo. It’s really hard to find a good place to eat and this place did not disappoint. Thank goodness because. Vallejo is disappointing in itself but the family that runs the place is very Friendly and attentive this place is clean And the little outdoor seating is adorable with. Shaded area Beautiful plants and picnic tables …very Nice atmosphere…. The food was also very delicious, fresh salsa and chips while we waited for our food…I had the carne asada plate the meat was well seasoned and tender,my daughter had a giant carne asada burrito she loved it And hubby had some awesome fish Tacos and quesaberria tacos are Phenomenal!! I was just really surprised that we were the only ones there. I think this place is just overlooked I totally recommend this to anybody that wants some authentic delicious mexican food the michecheladas where also so good!

Love love love this place. The food is amazing and the owner is very social. For being in vallejo he has made it an oasis to dine at. It would be great to see the prices come down. 3 Carne asada tacos come in at about $15. All and all I seriously recommend going here to eat.

The pupusas were good, I would return for those. The Yucca was a very small portion for the price, especially when compared to other local restaurants. The chicharon served with the Yucca was also a very small portion and it was okay. I also ordered the Menudo and I am not a fan of their menudo and the price point was high as well.

Food was very tasty, I ordered a mixed torta and the person at the counter recommended pastor with beef “carne asada”, and it resulted tastier than what I expected! Tacos very good, service cordial and very clean. Just be aware that it gets busy and you need to wait a bit, but food is served perfectly hot and at One time. I will go back to try the pupusas they looked good on table next to us!
