Pulled up to pick up my order and the degenerate papa John’s employees were out front smoking. Took a look at my order and it seemed a 5 year old tried to make it, it was hilarious to me thinking they actually tried. We should have looked at the reviews prior to ordering. Avoid this place. Lesson learned for us.

Ordered 2 pizzas and one was delivered. When I called he had a million excuses, like he only had one driver so hw had to use door dash, traffics bad. Etc. I just told him that I wanted my pizza. Then he said he didn’t know how long it would be. I think he was hoping I would cancel the pizza.

My pizza order was wrong. I called and spoke to eric a mgr. Early on his day off and i was a unnecessary “karen” eric said call back when they open and he would make a note on my account for a refund, thats what i wanted my $$$ back. So i called back and spoke to Freddie another mgr. Not only did he refund my money he replaced my order that was wrong. Good job papa John’s. Keeps these guys around & the 2 order was on point! Remember when extra cheese meant extra cheese. Now there is bearly enough cheese to cover the pizza and you have to order extra cheese to get enough cheese on it to make it qualify for an actual pizza. It’s not just here, it’s most of the Papa John’s. And they think they are struggling because their founder said something inappropriate. No one cares, we just want a good pizza.

Ordered 3 pizzas of pizza tonight, had it delivered. All of them were undercooked but the veggie one was completely doughy and unedible. I added 2 extra garlic dipping sauces that never arrived. Called and asked them to replace the one and bring the sauces. My husband repeatedly told them the toppings and it arrived incorrect, after paying an extra delivery fee. I ordered mine without cheese because we can’t have it, the replacement arrived with cheese. Now I’m out almost $70 and we’re still hungry. What a waste.
