Loud ambiance due to the employees talking so loudly. Tables seemed clean, but they were sticky. The outside needs to be swept. Garbage around on the ground. Was wondering why hardly any customers (only two people besides me) in the 45 minutes I spent there. On the positive side, chicken and hash browns were very good. Perfectly crispy . If I go back next time, I would order to go.

Today, 7/2/23, the team members worked efficiently to get our order complete in a timely manner! They were also polite during conversations and the southern chicken biscuit is a perfect balance. The biscuit is flavored with a buttery/light salt and the chicken has a slight crisp making the perfect breakfast biscuit. 10/10 recommend ordering for breakfast.

I got the steak biscuit combo for dinner, and my son got the 3 piece chicken fingers with fries. Gerald also grabbed a couple of the sweet bo biscuits for us to try. Everything was yummy, and the staff were very polite.

The customer service here was outstanding! I was greeted when I walked through the front doors. All of the staff was extremely friendly. The food was hot and delicious. The fries were seasoned very well. They had some Halloween decorations throughout the place. It was also really clean. I will be coming back to this location.

Staff was very friendly and they do practice social distancing. The dining hours have been adjusted. There was only one other person doing inside dining. However, the drive through was more busy. There is handicap parking with a ramp. Mother had a ham biscuit which she loved. I had a chicken combo. Chicken was OK but the fries were cold and to salty. Only Pepsi products are offered. Pink lemonade was the only caffeine free soda.

If the girl in the jean jacket with her hands in her pockets is management you have a problem. The food is obviously being cooked hours before it is sold because the chicken and biscuits are dried out and hard. It took nearly 18 minutes to get my order. Maybe if miss management took her hands out of her pockets, tied her hair up and pitched in things could get better but I doubt that will ever happen.

2 people working, sat at the drive thru 15 minutes, nobody said anything. Went inside and apparently everyone walked out except 2 managers. They did the best they could but ran out of food.

Worst $35 i spent and wont do it again! Everything except the fries was luke warm at best! Fries i tossed as they were ice cold. Person taking my order was quite snippy when i asked her to repeat something she said as i didnt hear her! Terrible food and customer service!
