Spectacular views of Clearwater Beach! Excellent views, excellent service! Steak tacos were delicious and great queso too! We had a frozen mango daqari and a 2 long Island iced teas. Clearwater Beach views while dining. We went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon about 1:30 and didn’t have to wait for a table. You do NOT have to be a guest of the hotel to dine here! We used the valet parking and the restaurant validated our valet ticket and we were not charged to park! They have a beach parking sign for $38 for the day to park. We got ice cream from Beverly’s right by the restaurant. The ice cream was delicious and old fashioned! I tried a 2 scoop waffle cone with peanut butter cup and rocky road. Yummy! With these fantastic views and delicious steak tacos…we will be back very soon.

Tropico Rooftop Cantina located from the 8th floor of the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort And Spa. They offers some great cocktails. TIKi patron with a slice of pineapple was one of the best I have had. It’s also the perfect spot to watch the sunset, the magnificent views from the roof top are stunning looking out at the white sandy beach.

Decent bar, but lacking in spirit assortment, and the back wall needs an update — sitting at the bar, you are looking at what looks like a metal industrial-type wall typical of what you would see in the kitchen or a restaurant.

Tropico Rooftop Cantina offers some great cocktails For us it was some margaritas, watermelon & jalapeno and the other one hibiscus flavored. Both were so refreshing and delicious. The views from here are stunning looking out at the beach from the 8th floor. Service even available from the pool and loungers. Flip the flag up for a server to get your order. Cheers

Great view and amazing location. The food is also very good and the staffs are friendly. The four starts is because the service is extremely slow. We asked for a bottle of sparkling water to start and took over 40 mins to get to our table (at a +95 degree weather).
