I almost let the low ratings from others keep me from going here… I did enjoy their food. GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY. The employees do their best to make you happy and keep the place clean. it is an open kitchen, so you can see them cook it all. Nice seating outside, and inside as well. The place is usually quiet and has plenty of seating available, So i don’t know what this other person is taking about. However, there is a reason they have a pretty low rating. Understand this, this place is different, and the company has to resolve some serious logistical issues if they want to impress everyone who walks thru those doors. The concept is brilliant, the problem is logistics, the company is being run wrong and to anyone who has worked in the food industry can tell.The food is good, and very affordable by LOCAL standards. They are open late, a rare thing around here. You can sit outside or inside, and its usually not crowded. Great employees, its the company or maybe the owner who is cheap and cutting corners. Love the concept, good employees, clean location.. i think the reason this place has a bad rating is a corporate issue because the food and concept and employees are great. Easy order at location. Told me it would take 15 minutes and they were right. Only downer was no napkins or utensils in my to go bag, as I was staying in nearby hotel. I was able to get them from breakfast area in the hotel. Great location, decent wings, cheese fries were good. Probably be back when I’m in the area.

My 5 year old and I ordered chicken tenders and fries. My only complaint was it had a long wait time. The food though was great for the price and I plan go back to try the wings and sauces. Also we loved dining outside in the fresh Florida air.

Worst customer service ever! I walk in for a pick up order. It took a good three minutes for someone to acknowledge me because there was no one upfront, and then someone finally acknowledged me, and she was eating a wing with some ranch or blue cheese, and proceeded to point at me to tell someone else to come up and help me and that took another five minutes just for someone to come and give me my Togo order. And also whenever I proceeded to give her the name which was the only to go order, there also asked me for my last name, and didn’t even hand me my receipt and threw it away right in front of me. This will be the last time I come to this Wingstop.

I’ve had issues with this wingstop in the past. The issues are mostly with them not meeting requests like cooking longer and putting on extra sauce. Tonight however they took it to a new level. I went into the store to try the new chicken sandwich. Upon stepping into the store a group of 6 teens said “I guess we’ll just go to McDonald’s”. The kid behind the counter asked if I was picking up an order. I replied “No”. It was then that I was informed that they were not taking anymore orders. I asked to speak to a manager. The “manager” (another kid) yelled “Were out of chicken”. Ok, it was 30 min before closing, but out of chicken?! So all the wings and all the chicken breasts sold out?? At least a dozen customers were turned away during my brief time at the restaurant. Another couple stated “Oh, you mean we’re closed.” Sure glad I don’t own this store.
