So early one morning I had massive craving for a mushroom burger. Checking through local restaurants SMASHBURGER’S Truffle Mushroom burger with cheese was perfect and I added grilled onions. Ordered by app and it wasn’t yet ready when I got there – very close to opening time. But prepared fresh and amazingly delicious. Photos don’t begin to do it justice. Around $10 for the burger but totally worth it for this premium taste.

I had Dave take my order and he was so friendly. He made sure that everything was correct in my order, and accommodated my requests. The food was very good (especially for the price!). Everything was done quickly too. If you go here you MUST get a milkshake. Best I’ve ever had. Not sure why this place only has 3.9 stars, so good!

From the moment I walked in I felt like I had interrupted the guy sitting at a table on his phone. Very, very unfriendly manager. I had a take out order (my first mistake). In five minutes I was home. The fries were inedible-overcooked and hard as a rock. There’s only one way this happens and that is they were re-fried fries. The burger was equally disgusting. I’ve seen numerous reviews stating the fries were re-fried. I should have read those before going into this dumpster fire of an establishment. Never again.

The staff here is always so kind and friendly and they take extra care to separate gluten free items. It’s just a chain burger place but it’s really tasty and the food is always fresh and they have never messed up my order.

I would rate McDonald’s higher than this place. My fries were way over cooked. I believe they may have been cooked twice to reduce waste. They didn’t have the burger I wanted so I settled for another that turned out to be nothing more than a cold grease ball on a bun. I will never return here and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND Smashburger!!!

For the price of 5 guys you can get worse service than a drive through, and worse quality than mcdonald’s. It was very expensive, made us all sick, and for the price and quality they said they couldn’t even add pickles to a kids burger. Like I can’t think of a single burger place than can’t add pickles to a burger. And it wasn’t because they didn’t have any. My husband was able to put his pickles on the kids’ burgers. But really? Was more expensive than chickfila yet the oreo shake was bad. Chickfilas is way better. Never stopping here again. The restaurant was super dirty and gross; both the bathrooms and restaurant. There was almost no seating, but not for being busy for all the tables being dirty. Next time we want thin style burgers definitely going to steak and shake.

What!!!! A burger for 3.99 that taste fresh and delicious? We where very surprised how good the triple double was. It’s not very big but very fresh and tasty. We will be going back for the burger. Fries are tasty and fun but on mid too high price side. We appreciate a solid tasting burger for under $5.00

It was our first time visiting Smashburger and it was pretty good! The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and their rosemary fries were AMAZING. We got the mushroom and swiss burger, which was good quality, it was just lacking the wow factor when it came to flavor. Totally worth checking out.

This restaurant was so disappointing. I’ve never had such a bad experience. I walk in, and there’s no one up front to be seen, there are also two dirty tables. I finally see everyone in the back talking and eventually someone came up to take my order. Very poor customer service. I had never been to Smashburger, and needless to say, I won’t be back. At least the burger tasted decent.

Been here twice now and feel like I was off on my original assertion that it was too expensive. Kid meals are large and worth the price. Both times I got a single smash and the brussel sprouts option, which was really good. Burger a bit off tasting second time but overall, a solid meal.
