Best in Colorado! When it comes to reviewing Pho places, we take pride in local places that turn out to be great! We have had Pho from Vietnam to Florida to all of Colorado. Pho Broadway, is a quaint dine-in or take-out restaurant that we have been ordering from once a week, for months now.

Pretty decent combination rice noodle bowl with a fish sauce on the sweeter side. I actually wasn’t really a fan of the grilled shrimp, but the other accompaniments were good. By preference, I would list the accompaniments by the beef, pork, egg roll (perfectly fried!), chicken, and then shrimp. My partner’s rare steak and brisket pho had very tender meat, but the broth could be more flavorful. Staff was very friendly and felt well cared for.

Good food, good service, limited parking. They do a lot of take out business and don’t skimp on anything. Very clean and Covid cautious. The crab cheese wontons and Vietnamese spring rolls were crispy delights.

Great version of standard Pho restaurant fair. We had seafood Pho, Combination Noodle bowl, spring rolls and salt and pepper calamari. Portions were great for the price and food was prepared well. The salt and pepper calamari was particularly good.

Ordered take out veg pho, it was bland and the noodles were a very odd flavor. The location was not busy at all and I showed up at the time they said to arrive and the food was not ready, so I ordered a boba tea while I waited and it took them 10 minutes to make it with no other customers showing up or to go orders being picked up.
