We had not had Dairy Queen in over 5 years. This location really impressed us, so much we are considering to stop by at DQ occasionally. The first time we attempted to stop there, it was approximately 830 and there is a Line formed to the road therefore we skipped them for dinner. When we decided to try it again, it was a Saturday at approximately 7:30 PM and we arrived. The line was at the end of the road and we waited approximately 25 minutes in line before we ordered it and we were out of there after 30 minutes. We checked our bags to share order accuracy which two are surprise we had everything which is great. We upgraded our meals to a blizzard where are they properly flipped them upside down to my surprise they were not melted. They are actually really great. The flaming burger was outstanding it tasted like I always remember it year after a football game in high school the fries were hot, fresh and crunchy. Just like I like them. We also ordered the six piece chicken basket where half of the chicken was dry which would be our only complaint. Hence, the reason for an overall rating of four stars, the weight is absolutely worth it. I saw people go in and out as well and everyone looked happy! I highly recommend this location!

Delicious ice cream, burgers and chicken basket. They’re understaffed so it may take a while to get your food but worth the wait! If you go inside to order, you have to stay in view of the teen workers or they forget you. They have pup cups for free for your doggies.

On Sunday 8/27, after over a year or so went to get two lg Hot Fudge Sundays. We were surprised as it took some time and we were only one car of two. Got home “IT WAS NOT DAIRY QUEEN SOFT SERVE” Was ice milk. No taste very icey texture. Not worth the trip there, or price we pay these days for a treat. Someone wasn’t paying attention to the calibration. Not Good! If I were nearby would have taken it back for a refund. Sad as we have stayed away, due to cost having gone up.

I have taken my family here for many many years. I understand this store has been short on help. However it is EXTREMELY DIRTY! Dust near register. Floors filthy the restrooms were beyond disgusting overflowing with trash. Maybe ownership can help out on the lobby & make sure it stays clean. It was really really bad. Sorry to see this store struggle. It gets amazing business.

What happened to make blizzards so that when you turn them upside down, the fact that they remain in the cup screams quality. Not at this DQ. This was my final straw as there have been multiple visits where I received a melted blizzard at the window. The staff knows it’s wrong because once you take it, they close the window and turn away super fast so that you won’t ask them to make it again. Well, you don’t have to worry about that…I won’t be back.

So. The guy in front of us, in the drive through, was at the speaker for awhile. Then, when we drove around to the window, we sat behind him long enough that I put the car in park. They first handed him five different ice cream treats, then about 7-10 minutes later, a huge bag of food. If that had been me, and I was taking all of that home, which he had to be doing since there wasn’t anyone in the car with him, I would Not have taken the ice-cream Before the food. It had to be melting all over his car.

The worst experience I have had going inside all I wanted was a large blizzard. 1st employee did not want to help me, and 2nd employee made my blizzard and then waited till the next customers blizzard was ready before getting mine out to me.

I come here a lot and when I got to the window tonight all 3 of my blizzards were melting and not flippable the employe had the nerve to say they were melted because of the hot fudge? He didn’t provide me with the proper lids so they were pouring around my car Haha they have never ever done that before and even if that was the case doesn’t Dairy Queen have a policy if their blizzards are unable to flip? That’s kind of their thing.
