When I tell you this right here…THIS. RIGHT. HERE!!! is some good eating just doesn’t do it justice. The Salmon and shrimp over rice with asparagus snatched my soul it was so delicious. I also had the House Tea which will be a must have anytime I dine with them. The Peach cobbler was so good I had to stop eating it! I have not enjoyed a meal like this since I’ve been in Memphis but I’m glad to have found this hidden gem. I will be back and next time I’m bringing friends! Excellent job!

Only ate here because I didn’t feel like taking the drive downtown for Miss Girlee Soul Food Restaurant which is always good Big Mama soul food GOOD The 2 star is for the collard greens they were delicious I bought 2 plates fried chicken and neck bones the neck done wasn’t that seasoned or that much meat more fat than anything and the chicken wasn’t that flavored and that strawberry banana pudding wasn’t EVEN a taste of a strawberry favor I want be return at all but the customer service was excellent. The spaghetti, terrible cornbread taste like Jeffy.

I must respectfully say that this place was trash. The green beans were cooked with a troublesome seasoning that I’d prefer to not taste again, the cornbread was rather dry, the peach cobbler included a runny liquid and the macaroni & cheese was fair.

I ordered the one meat and 2sides. Which came with Neck bones a side of greens and macaroni, the Neck bones seemed to be old wasn’t warm and fresh as usual, and the macaroni was so dry, no flavor or taste. I really didn’t want to leave this review because the food has been excellent in the past. Even on yesterday when I ordered I was pleased. But today was unexceptionable. Sorry not sorry, just being honest. Good Day!!

The catfish fillet was fresh and delicious. Made me a second piece. The sweet potato fries were good and the peach cobbler was great. My only complaint is the tea is a bit too sweet…but that’s really the only negative I can find. I’d definitely want to eat here again.

Amazing food. Amazing service. Went with a group of six people who all ordered a different dish. We were beyond impressed with the portions, flavors (seasoned to PERFECTION, meats were all perfectly cooked) and options. Make sure you get a side of Mac and cheese! No matter what you try you won’t be disappointed.

Today was my 1st time eating here. I was thoroughly pleased with everything I ordered. Portion sizes were great and the food was seasoned well without loads of salt and Accent. I will order from here several times a week. Raquel, the owner, is very personable, down to Earth & easy to talk to. She informed me about her meal prep and catering services I will definitely utilize. I ordered meat loaf, mashed potatoes & collard greens! And NO they were NOT Glory greens

Best soul food/southern food I’ve had in the germantown area. Fried chicken was perfect, Mac and cheese and yams the same. The Strawberry Banana pudding is a game changer as well. All the food feels like it was cooked by grandma
