So I can’t believe this is going to be a bad rating but we were there today 7-9-23 at around 2:30pm. There were 2 other families and that was it. Service was slow and inattentive. The food was for sure less that par. Rice was hard and dry and the broccoli was over cooked. Unbelievable for 66.00 for two people. You need to do better.

Server was Lauren S. And this was at 8pm on Saturday. Went and ordered the Sirloin which was 30 dollars. Decided it was okay because it was 10oz. Ordered medium and got a large in height, very rare centered steak. I told my server and she acknowledged it was very rare and took it back. 6 or so minutes later another steak was brought out which is pictured. Instead of being the size of the first steak, it was incredibly thin and not very large. She had me cut it in half in front of her, then asked if it was good. At that point I was done due to the fact it was basically well-done, way too much butter, and my sides were ruined. The vegetables were cold and I guess the plate sat while they made the steak, because the fry’s were soggy from the vegetable juices and the steak butter. We sat for 15ish minutes where I did not eat any food and waited on a check. She came by twice and the first time thanked me for being patient, then she came by again later asking if I wanted a box, thanking me for being patient once I said no, and telling me sorry it didn’t turn out how I liked. It came out incorrect twice, and the second time it tasted bad from the bite I tried. I didn’t eat anything and definitely should not of had to pay for a steak I cut in half. At no point did she offer to have it removed or apologize that it was incorrect. Photos of the “medium 10z steak”.

Was very pleasantly surprised by the menu, food and service. Got the lobster Mac and cheese and it was loaded with lobster, way more than I’d have guessed for $16 and our burgers were great! Would happily eat here again next time we are hiking in the area.

Great breakfast buffet, server was fantastic! Front desk staff were overall good. Really depended on who was on the desk. One in particular was more interested in being on the phone than helping.

Sorry, the service wasn’t what I expected of such a place. We were a group and were seated all over the room so that there was no communication between the group members possible. The food was ok, but I had it much better in other places. The place itself was beautiful, but that’s not the restaurant’s thing, more the outside environment.

We got there at 8:30 on Monday, Memorial Day for breakfast. There was no help, the waitress was doing the best she could. We went through the buffet, plenty of bacon, eggs were cold and had been sitting there for a while. No sausage of any kind. The biscuits and gravy was pretty good, the first time through. After that, it was all downhill. They said they had actually run out of eggs!!! Can you believe that? Within 2 hours of starting the buffet, and they were running out of food??? And people had to ask for clean plates. I don’t blame the waitress and young man helping. BUT I DO BLAME MANAGEMENT! Make sure you have enough food and help. I love going up there, but will be a while before I go back.

We brought my mother in law for Mother’s Day. When the restaurant opened at 11:30, they sat everyone who was waiting, at the same time. This resulted in us not getting our drinks for 20 minutes after sitting down. The food was nothing special and was overpriced. The scenery was gorgeous, but not much else to offer.

This restaurant is a embarrassment. To the whole establishment. Needs to be shut down and start over from scratch. It is truly that bad. And the prices are flat out Robbery . I hope that the company that runs this realizes that they have a major problem. My family will never eat their again.
