Drive-thru person acted like we we’re bothering her when we gave our order. My daughter’s loaded Mac & cheese was served without any utensils to eat it. My spicy wrap wasn’t rolled up so all the stuffing was in the packaging instead of the wrap. The chicken tasted old and the slaw had the wrap completely soggy. I think the birds enjoyed it more than I since I tossed it out the window (just the food, not the packaging)

Food is good but inconsistent. Service is definitely not with a smile. Don’t expect to have friendly banter with the associates. And twice in a row I’ve decided to have chicken tenders and made a point of requesting dipping sauce and received none at all. When the food is on point it’s worth purchasing.
