The waitress was great!!! She took care of everything and we didn’t have to ask for anything. However, the waffle cook doesn’t know the difference in a dark waffle and a waffle. I ordered a dark waffle and it was just like everyone else’s “pancake looking” waffle.

Waffle House is getting better lately I’ve found a couple of different Waffle House where the cook actually knows how to cook scramble “light” eggs instead of scramble “well” eggs. Now if Waffle House would start having some hot sauce that has some flavor instead of just being HOT like Tabasco and start having either Tomato juice or V8 juice. Not everyone likes orange juice

Food is ALWAYS good when Jeffrey works/cooks the CASSIE girl with red/maroon hair is a total disaster for this company very bad attitude she cooked my bacon brought it to me with a bone in it on my sandwich I then let her know and she was very rude and unprofessional I spoke with the manager he said he would take care of it and of course he DIDNT take care of anything as expected the employees don’t even want to work with her they walk out when she’s working due to attitude I DONT stop in anymore when she’s working they are going to lose A LOT of business in sales due to this I believe (WE ARE REGULARS 2+ times a week)

Would’ve given 0 stars , terrible service , waiter was rude. Didn’t want to clean table do we could be seated after 15 minutes of waiting. And made a snarky remark to the other waitress about not wanting to serve us. Worst experience I’ve ever encountered at any place of business. Will never be back to visit this location.

Came in, one server visible, asked if she was alone, said no another waitress is in office, five people came out of office, all started cleaning while everyone sat and watched, after 45 minutes with nothing we decided to leave, other “waitress” said thanks for coming with a smile on her face as we left. Not sure what they were all doing in the “office” to immediately all come out and start cleaning frantically. Not sure who the manager is or what kind of “session” she was holding in the back office while table sit filthy and customers unattended but I can imagine.

1st had to go into store to place to-go order. 2nd get back to work and missing the chicken out of our order. I paid $23.10 for eggs, toast and tomatoes. 3rd they will not answer their phones. Called multiple times and no answer.
