Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 medium pepperoni pizzas and only received one. I tried calling the store and was left on hold for 20 minutes until I finally gave up and sent my 16 year old daughter to the store in order to retrieve the missing pizza. When she arrived, no one greeted her for 5 minutes and when someone came to check on her they said “do you need something?” To which she responded that she ordered a pizza and never received it. The “gentleman” then yelled to his coworker in the back “we’ve got a complaint, you deal with it” and then left. A nicer gentlemen handed my daughter the missing pizza with no apology, no discount, no coupon, nothing. And in the meantime she could hear the phone ringing and being ignored. She left distraught with a cold pizza. Will NEVER be ordering from here again and I recommend no one else does as well.

Order online order says 20-30 mins tracker never updates drive to store to be told order was never received but name shows up on monitor inside. Over 7 ppl working and ALL failed to prepare order. What a joke! Should’ve known better than to order at this location so I cancelled order and placed via maple grove location. Way to go franchise owner lose business to another.

Was told a 45 min wait for carry out. Waited and hour and thirty mins, pizza was still being made not in the oven. Time continued to go up. Jade who works there yelled at me for asking why the time was going up, continued to throw carts around and using profanity loudly throughout the store. Walked to the back for ten mins, came back and still continued to use profanity. Manager witnessed and said nothing. Also refused to give me the franchise information to call.

It’s a gamble with this dominos on the pizza quality. But forget ordering pop and sauce when you order delivery, theyll never deliver it. Youd think they’d get your order right paying $40 nowadays for a pizza and breadsticks to get delivered. Maybe it’s this locations way of scamming people. Because the last time I didn’t receive my pop my “refund” never came. Honestly I would probably skip this location.
