Food was good. I mainly gave 4 stars because I ordered a 5 piece tender meal and only received 4 tenders. I was already on the road again by time I realized I was missing a tender. All other orders were correct. The lady, Destiny that took our order was kind and helpful. Another staff member that ran out to give an order to someone in the drive through even stopped to make small talk about the windy weather was kind as well.

Great guy name Bryan , always so respectful. When we see him, he is always so happy. I come all the way from Silver City , he goes out of his way, If I have a problem with staff or an order, which I hardly ever, but when I do he takes care of it. Good job Brian, keep that happy energy environment up.

The staff were nice, and the lobby seemed clean. The bathrooms were a bit shabby, and the young man who took our order didn’t check to see if we needed any sauces when we placed our order, but overall we were fairly well satisfied.

The KFC light was off, parking lot was dark, all lights inside were on. It was 7:10 PM. We order a crispy chicken sandwich meal. They were out of tea. He then tells us he needs to check if they have filets. They did. We pull to the window to pay, he then tells us he forgot to let us know they were out of fries. We cancelled our order and drove off because we felt our food wasn’t going to be prepared correctly, limited drink choices and no fries. No thank you.

The extra crispy strips were soggy and half cooked… Gross! Seriously, who wants soggy half done chicken? $19.03 for 2 meals and the chicken isn’t even cooked right… Never coming back to this location again. Shame on whoever is managing that place for letting it go out like that!!!

We drove all the way from Silver City and paid $70 for a 20 piece meal then we got back home and they didn’t include cookies, honey, or rolls!! I tried to call them to see what they were willing to do to make it right but there was no answer. I think a partial refund is warranted!!
