Drive through cashier was friendly and when I asked her to please double check my order as the last time I order a meal I was missing half my chicken. Well GUESS WHAT… She say I was reassured your order was checked. No I asked you to check it and once again when I get home 1/4 of my chicken not there again. And the chucken is dry and cold! I refuse to pay 13.00 for food I continuously don’t receive from only this store. I will not be back!

For $5 this is what I got for the LARGE popcorn Chicken…. I’m sorry but what a RIP off and the chicken was overcooked. I typically like your food but I would like to get what I pay for and on top of that you guys forgot my ranch so now I’m left with dry chicken and no sauce. I get Mistakes happen and normally I wouldn’t even be making a review but this is the 4th time that you guys have either forgotten something in my order or messed up.

If I could rate it zero i could. Just got off work at 8pm went to go get a 9 piece chicken bucket. I was about to walk inside but as soon as I reach the door the waitress locks it than starts cleaning something nearby pretending she did not see me literally 3 steps away. I get it if your supposed to close your lobby but just tell me that instead of stonewalling. So I went to the drive through which they were quite impatient. Ordered and payed. They said they gave me extra, which they did yay… got home 7 min later sat down the chicken was lukewarm, the breading was soggy and literally just mushing in my fingers and falling off, definitely not fresh. Feels and tasted like it was older than 20 min. Took three bites and threw it away. Disappointed I would say kfc lossed a customer but I like the brand as a whole so I will be going to another location. Been having this problem frequently with their night crew the day crew is great.

I was in a line at the drive thru. The line did not move for 15 minutes. Maybe a shift change?? It was pitch black in the line, and no outside lights were on. I informed the cashier at the window there were no lights on …even the KFC sign was black, and you couldn’t read the menu outside either. The poor lady was doing her best to keep up with the long line.

Normally I have a great experience, but this time it’s like no one was paying attention. I was standing there for about 5 min why everyone just kept walking by even tho they seen me. Then when I order I asked for a famous bowl no corn, chicken OTS and extra cheese. They didn’t do any of it chicken was in the bowl and they didn’t even ring me up for a combo so I had to pay for the drink separate. I tried to call a couple of times but no one is answering. I wouldn’t have minded but it was for my daughter and she a very picky 7 year old lol
