The pizza is fantastic and we love coming an often as possible but the biggest deterrent is the service if its not that dude that used to work at Marcelo’s. That dude is cool but the problem is the wait staff is way to thin and this place could make so much more money with some fairly easy operational improvements. We had to walk out last night after 20 mins of being seated as absolutely nobody came by to ask about drinks or apps. We easily would drop $200 for a party of 4 before tip at this place. Table service should just walk to the bar, order food & drink and get a number or buzzer for when food is ready. Drinks should take minutes. Then service staff just handles refills, more drinks, busing the table and the like. I bet just this step alone would increase profits and create a better customer experience. I want to give 5 stars because the pizza is outstanding.

We had wings and specialty pizza, it was delicious. The wings were amazing, super crispy and just in general delicious. The sweet potato fries are excellent, crispy on the outside and extra delicious. We had a medium pizza with vegan cheese, which the kiddo promptly devoured and the adults had a gluten free with vegan cheese and all those delicious toppings, bacon, jalapeno, pineapple, pepperoni. So good all around!

Closest to New York style pizza I’ve found in SF. Maybe even better than Tony’s! Wings were also very crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside. We sat outside in the food but the heat lamps kept us warm. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to go again!

So we ordered a pizza for our kids who were really looking forward to it. My husband goes to pick it up. He’s told they’re running behind. He asks if he can cancel the order since that just messed our kids’ bedtime routine and an event he had to attend. He’s met with a rude, unprofessional answer. The waitress yelled at him. He still waits and then they cancel our order without telling him. Browsing through past reviews and how they address negative feedback, I’m not surprised… we won’t be returning and do not recommend this place.

Really delicious pizza. Try the rotten Robbie’s. Granted, Tony’s Slice House absolutely knocks this pizza out of the park, but that’s generally to be expected, and this pizza is pretty dang good overall. We love how big the extra large is.

We ordered a lot of pizzas for our party and all of them were delicious. The restaurant make them in a big party size and the quality is over the roof. Our guests were blown away by them. Will order again 100%.

We decided on slices over splitting a full pizza and I’m glad we did because the slices were HUGE and the toppings were generous and delicious. I wasn’t expecting the potato chips on the specialty slice I ordered but they were a welcome and fun additional surprise.

We stayed in this part of town for a few nights on vacation and I was looking for a place with great pizza for me (slices) and my wife (gluten free). I was also looking for good French fries.

I have never left a bad review but this place just pushed me to do so and if I could give zero Stars I would but that’s not an option on here we ordered some steak fries which did not come with any steak maybe that was my fault for not asking the proper question so I’ll let that one slide after I asked for a slice of big wave dave pizza that had bacon on it and I very nicely asked if he could make the bacon extra crispy or deep fried he said yes I will put that in the order when he brought the slice back the bacon looked see-through meaning raw I asked him nicely if he could cook it more or why the bacon wasn’t cooked and he said that chefs could not modify their pizzas so I don’t understand why he didn’t say that from the beginning so I could order something else after I told him that I wasn’t going to eat it because I am pretty sure that it would have made me sick he said I’m sorry but there’s nothing I can do I still paid for the slice but I felt like I was being robbed I shouldn’t have had to pay for something that I didn’t eat. Anyways if you come here just be sure that you know what you are getting ahead of time so that you’re not disappointed like I was personally I won’t ever be back here again bad service and really bad food.

Good selection of pizza and basic beer for a moderate price. Looks and feels like THE neighborhood pizza joint. They supposedly make their own dough and cheese.
