Even though it took almost 40 minutes to get my food, the food was amazing and tasty. The booth where they sat me at was completely disgusting for 20 minutes and completely tight. I felt claustrophobic inside the booth and I’m a skinny guy. The payment process it was completely ridiculous and slow. Please train your people better and your restaurant clean and well-maintained.

I got my car towed earlier this month for parking at Denny’s because I work in the plaza only to come back an hour later and my car was gone. Turns out Brigoni towing company is Towing cars there regularly and the owner is getting a piece. The trucks are stationed in the back of Dennys hiding out to prey on tourist who don’t know any better. These guys are sick.

I was very disappointed. The manager/hostess was very rude. She was angry and had an attitude. my wife n I food was cold and she had them re make it and it was still cold and she threw the plate on the table after we said they the food was cold. The waitress didn’t come get our order until 30mins after we got here. And it was so much grease on my plate from my chicken tenders and onions rings. I told her about the onion rings and she told me that’s how they come. She did not offer a bag for the food we did try and take home. I really will never come back to this one ever.

The place was packed as it is summer and Orlando, but we were seated quickly by the friendly, energetic hostess. The kitchen was a little backed up, but we were warned, but not too bad of a wait. The cost of food was cheaper than most places. All 5 of us enjoyed our food. Would recommend.

CHANEL SAVED THE DAY!! Not only did they have excellent service. Our car was almost towed when we were ordering food from this establishment she verified that we were ordering food and he put the car down off the tow truck. You are really need to do better with that because I could’ve been a big issue. We are from out of town and this situation could have been a costly situation.
