Not impressed with this location. When we arrived we noticed a drive thru and outdoor seating. The glass doors that we pulled open to enter the Tomah Dunkin’ , had sticky handprints and possible drippings from a flavored latte or some other syrupy beverage.

I love Dunkin’ but my experience at this location has consistently been poor on Saturday mornings. I tend to have a larger order (multiple drinks and food) and place mobile orders 10 mins before I arrive to give staff time to fulfill. Without fail it usually takes 20 minutes for the order to be finished because multiple staff members start and stop working on multiple orders at the same time. There is no one providing guidance and managing which results in incorrect orders and missing items.

Went to Tomah Dunkin at 7:30 am ordered a dozen donuts asked for 6 Boston cream was told I couldn’t get them as it would cut them short I thought they were in business to sell donuts, I order sandwiches, drinks total 50+ I go to pay and told they don’t take 100. Dollar bill that was all I had so ended up using a credit card. Holiday weekend they should be well stocked to sell.July 3,2023.

The manager is the rudest person there. The regular associates are actually pretty nice. Reason for low rating is the managers consistency of rudeness. Using the terms “we are still out of” instead of ” we are currently out of blank, our other options are blank” or any other phase would be more acceptable. Customers don’t automatically know what you have in stock or not. She should not be dealing with customers if she can do basic customer service. Or at the upmost fake it, successfully.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Manager was extremely rude! I stop in every Saturday to break a one hundred dollar bill. This time they didn’t have enough money in the drawer to make change. She had to use the tip money. Then she walked ten feet away and started loudly complaining about me to the other employees. So I walk over to her and said it won’t happen again because this is the last time I will be in here.

Staff was really friendly. Donuts were fresh and cold brew was on point. Though we came there right as a group of soldiers had ordered over a dozen breakfast sandwiches, we made it to the counter and were served quite fast.
